Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

The arbitration shall take place in San Jose, California, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
